Girl In a Coma is an American indie rock band from San Antonio, Texas, United States, formerly on Joan Jett's Blackheart Records label. The band consisted of Nina Diaz, Phanie Diaz and Jenn Alva. The name is a reference to the Smiths' song "Girlfriend in a Coma". After coming out of hiatus, Girl In A Coma is back in action and hitting House of Rock!
