DMD strives to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and safety to create a welcoming environment for visitors and a vibrant location for businesses to thrive.

In coordination with the Corpus Christi Police Department, we’re also vigilant in providing a safe District resulting in low incidences of crime and positive perceptions of safety. DMD has created a number of partnerships with City of Corpus Christi, private sector businesses and corporate anchors to create this safe environment.
