Request for Proposals: 2026 La Retama Park Turf Installation RFP

Corpus Christi. The selected contractor will provide all necessary labor and materials to install approximately 2,490 square feet of artificial turf across five designated sections of La Retama Park. The project is intended to support the introduction of dog-friendly spaces while creating a vibrant, low-maintenance landscape element that enhances the park and the overall Downtown user experience.

The deadline to submit proposals is Friday, September 11, 2026, at 5:00 PM (CT).

The awarded vendor will be notified via email by Monday, September 14, 2026, EOD.

The scope includes removal of existing grass, preparation of the landscape areas as needed, procurement and installation of artificial turf and necessary materials, and cleanup and disposal of excess materials and waste. Turf pile height should be approximately 30–40mm unless otherwise recommended.
