Adelphos Coffee Roasters was founded in November 2023. They offer specialty coffee while implementing the Third-Wave Coffee Philosophy. This philosophy focuses on sourcing specialty-grade coffee, micro-batch roasting, precision brewing, transparency and education.

The landlord envisioned improvements to the first-floor lobby space to prepare for the space for their tenant Adelphos Coffee Roasters. Interior improvements include: Kiosk style build out, new electrical and new plumbing.
