The building was constructed in 1932 and is located on the corner of Starr Street and Lower Broadway across the street from the Thomas J Henry Building.

The owner envisioned a complete rennovation to the exterior of the building. The Scope of work includes: Roof and stucco repair, a gated front entrance, security cameras and lighting, resurfacing and restriping for nine parking spaces, and a new gated aluminum fence around the parking lot.
