Pfluger Architects envisioned renovating the first floor of The Cosmopolitan to be their future Corpus Christi branch office. Interior improvements include: New flooring, restrooms, kitchenette, lobby area, meeting room, eight open-concept offices, two built-in offices, and a fresh coat of paint. Exterior improvements shall include new signage, security cameras, awning, and a new front entrance door.
