Loli's Streatery food truck began in 2021 offering a creative twist to classic Tex- Mex dishes. The owners envisioned opening their first brick and mortar restaurant, Streat corner by Loli's, which will be located in the Hilton Spark street level retail space. Interior improvements include: A kitchen build-Out, built-in seating and bar tops, new ADA bathrooms, wall and brick repair, and new paint. Exterior improvements include: New fencing and entrance door walkway, a new awning and pergola permanent outdoor tabletops and seating, and a new mural.
