Corpus Christi, TX — Get ready for an unforgettable evening of engaging art, vibrant culture, and community fun. The 5th Annual Downtown Corpus Christi Mural Fest, presented by Corpus Christi Medical Center, makes a colorful splash in Downtown Corpus Christi with Mural Fest x ArtWalk Presented by HEB, held on Friday, June 5, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM in Downtown Corpus Christi. Mural Fest is bringing five new, large-scale murals to Downtown Corpus Christi.

The festival will feature regular monthly First Friday ArtWalk programming such as block parties on Chaparral, Peoples, Starr, and Taylor streets, special programming at locations such as Bar Under the Sun (B.U.S) and the Art Center of Corpus Christi, La Retama and Artesian Parks.

Event highlights include:

  • Special Mural Dedication Ceremony at 8:15 PM at the 600 Block of Chaparral Street. (Chaparral between Peoples St. and Starr St.). This year’s murals will be projected onto the wall with a grand finale unveiling of this year’s Community Mural called “Community Love.”
  • Over 250 pop-up vendors, 25+ food trucks and family-friendly activities such as face painting and caricature drawings.
  • Meet and greet with this years’ mural artists: Anna Charney, Megan Oldhues, Lucas Aoki, DB Studio, and KSPACE Mural Arts.
  • Live music performances on the outdoor Corona Premier Stage by local bands, Triptonite and Splendiforous. Stage address: 613 Chaparral Street.

Each new mural adds to a growing collection of semi-permanent public art that enhances the character and walkability of the district.

Mural Fest x ArtWalk is free and open to the public to attend.
