Notice: Temporary Sidewalk and On-Street Parking Closures due to Education Services Center renovation continued delay – starting on Monday, September 30, 2024
The Education Services Center, located at 209 N Water Street, Corpus Christi, TX 78401, renovations starting date has been delayed a week and is now starting on Monday, September 30, 2024, with a continued estimated completion date of Summer 2025. Roads will remain open for vehicular traffic.
The impacts are as follows:
- Pedestrian sidewalk closure and several on-street parallel parking spaces on the north side of John Sartain from N Mesquite Street to N Water Street.
- Pedestrian sidewalk closure and several on-street parallel parking spaces on the west side of N Water Street from Lomax Street to John Sartain Street.
- Pedestrian sidewalk closure and several on-street parking spaces on the east side of N Chaparral Street from John Sartain Street to Lomax Street.
Attached below is a map along with expected closures. Please note that additional closures may be required over the course of the project, and we will continue to give you notice as soon as we receive updated information.
