Mayor's Sparkling Christmas Lights Contest is a community-inclusive event that challenges downtown businesses and property owners to decorate their exterior storefronts throughout November for a chance to win cash prizes. On December 6, a panel of special guest judges will vote on winners and runner ups for each of the five categories from 6-10PM during December’s First Friday ArtWalk.

First Friday ArtWalk presented by H-E-B will feature pop-up vendors, food trucks, live music, and more. Festivities are hosted in two historic downtown parks and inside select downtown businesses.
