State of Downtown presented by AEP Texas is our opportunity to reflect on the year’s progress and celebrate the accomplishments we have made together! This event will include the presentation of the 2025 Impact Report and the Downtowner Awards, where we recognize the individuals, businesses, organizations & artists that make downtown the most vibrant downtown on the Gulf Coast.

The Magic of Downtown celebrates downtown as a place of transformation—where ideas spark, momentum builds, and community collaboration turns vision into reality. This theme positions downtown as dynamic, confident, and full of possibility, highlighting both progress made and the exciting future ahead.

2025 Downtowner Awards:
The Downtowner Awards were created to celebrate the extraordinary individuals, businesses, artists, entertainers, connectors, and events that help make Downtown Corpus Christi the most vibrant downtown on the Gulf Coast.
