Request for Proposal: Corpus Christi Downtown Management District “Illuminando” Replacement Services

The DMD is requesting a proposal from a qualified vendor to replace the miniature LED lights on the oak and palm trees along Chaparral St in Downtown Corpus Christi, otherwise known as Mayor Guajardo’s “Illuminando” Lighting Initiative. The lights currently on the trees have reached their 3-year term with no more expansion allowance, prompting the need for replacement. The goal of the “Illuminando” Initiative is to increase the lighting levels along pedestrian-travelled sidewalks in an effort to improve safety in the Downtown area.

Companies choosing to respond to the RFP must also complete and return the attached Intention to Respond by 5:00 PM (CT) on Monday, February 10, 2025.

The deadline to submit proposals is Friday, February 28, 2025, by 5:00 PM (CT).
